We are pleased to announce that we have implemented a new system that aims to increase efficiency and promote consistancy; and transparency on how we manage our lease process.
The system is intended to reduce errors, and prevent documents from being lost. Existing clients will receive a notification three months prior to the lease expiration date to submit renewal documents should they wish to continue with the lease.
The system empowers both New and Existing occupants with all the tools required without visiting the EHC office physically.
The above system was put in place not only for efficiency, but also for the convenience of the community as a whole. Let us collaborate to build a smart digital city.
Important to NOTE:
• All current tenants details will be registered on the new system
• Profile details will be communicated
• Notification will be sent to the tenant when their leases are due for renewal
